Are you feeling bored, tired, and drained? Are you ready for a little creative fun? Want to get back into your yoga practice and feel inspired? Then this unusual 21 day challenge is just what you might need! Every day of this challenge includes something different to try, a 30 min. full body yoga practice, and interesting facts to read and learn from. These unusual times call for unusual measures to stay healthy in mind, body, and soul.

If you are wanting to feel connected, get out of the winter rut, boost your energy, then this is the perfect challenge for you! Once you are registered you will receive a full instruction email of how the challenge works, what to expect, and how you can accumulate points to become a winner!
How it works:
Each day of the challenge, log into the online studio and do the prerecorded 30 min full body practice. Look in the description area below the video to read about the activity you need to do for the day. This is supposed to be fun and full of facts with lots of opportunity to take care of yourself, so practice and approach each day with a lighthearted attitude. There is no rule that says you “have” to do what is recommended or planned for the day. The more video classes and activities you do the more points you get. The person with the most points at the end of the 21 days wins a month’s free access to my on-demand video library.

What to Expect
Once you have registered you will receive an email with the activity chart. You are welcome to browse through the videos and activities so that you can plan and look forward to the fun events.
Every day is a different 30 min Full Body Practice. Some will be strength building, others will be more relaxed. Some will work on balance, others will work on stretching and releasing tension. The idea is that every part of you will receive attention. No matter what video is playing ALWAYS listen to your body and modify as necessary.

Paula is a certified Hatha yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher with 500 hour E-RYT certification. She brings to the mat over 3000 teaching hours and 2000 training hours of experience.
Thanks Paula for a fun three weeks! This was a great way to get started on summer activities, do some fun things I wouldn’t normally do and I loved the yoga! I had my bike out this morning and even did an extra loop in honour of the day.

MarissaI really enjoyed this series. I loved your sequences such as the floor sequences, lots of tree pose for balance and many planks to keep arms in good strength.
