Destination Belize will take place in a Beautiful Villa with its own private beach right on the Caribbean Sea, a short drive outside the downtown area of San Pedro. The Villa sits on 175 feet of beachfront facing the east towards the barrier reef on Ambergris Caye, where you can take off for a little swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, or arrange to be picked up by boat for sailing, fishing, and sightseeing.

Your Registration Will Include:

  • -7 nights stay in a luxurious Villa on the oceanfront. (all rooms have either one King OR one Queen sized bed. Couples sharing a room receive a $200 discount)
  • -daily yoga in the morning and late afternoon
  • -sunrise chanting meditation
  • -gong relaxation
  • -various styles of yoga including Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, Flow, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama
  • -optional emotion code sessions offered throughout the week to enhance your practice or vacation
  • -A delicious Breakfast and Dinner each day

  • -Shuttle to and from San Pedro Airport or Ferry Pier

Paula is a certified Hatha yoga and Kundalini Yoga teacher with 500 hour E-RYT certification. She brings to the mat over 3000 teaching hours and 2000 training hours of experience.

She is passionate about sharing her understanding of yoga philosophy and how to integrate it into each part of our daily lives.  Paula loves hosting Destination Retreats that inspire people to live wholeheartedly, embrace adventure, find stillness, and connect with like minded individuals.
