Hello, I am Paula Ribotto and am so glad you found me. Welcome to my online sanctuary for all things yoga. Here at Yoga 4 All, I believe that yoga is not just a practice; it is a way of life—a transformative journey that connects mind, body, and spirit.

I am dedicated to guiding you on your path to self-discovery and holistic well-being. Through my expertise, you’ll learn to harness the power of breath, movement, and mindfulness, and begin to cultivate harmony within and without.

Beyond my classes, I offer a resource hub, where you can access coaching, courses, and insightful articles, to enhance your yoga journey. I am dedicated to fostering a supportive community, where fellow enthusiasts can connect, share experiences, and grow together.

CLASSES

Yoga 4 All offers a variety of yoga classes to meet your individual needs.  Choose from Hatha, Kundalini Yoga, or meditation classes that are suitable for all levels. Take time to let go of tension,  heal your body, build your resilience, and live with more vitality.

  • Winter On-line Only Jan. 8th-Mar. 26th

    Join Paula on-line this Winter for a Hatha class running Wednesdays at 4:45-5:45pm   Classes will be recorded for your benefit. (I am still working on looking to introduce a kundalini yoga class for 2025.  Please stay tuned for when that will take place)

  • In-Person After Work Stress Relief - Hatha Jan. 8th-Mar. 26th

    Join Paula In-Person this Winter for After Work Stress Relief Hatha Yoga. Classes run Wednesdays at 4:45-5:45pm. Space is limited so registering early is recommended.  In the event you might become sick or show signs of sickness you are asked to participate from home online. Classes will be recorded for your benefit.

  • Meditation Group Join in Any Time!

    Drop in, join a challenge, or come to simply be part of the group! Deepen your practice with meditations that, inspire, uplift, and calm the mind or work with the same meditation for 40 days or 90 days to help clear the subconscious mind of old patterns that no longer serve you on your Path. Group meets the first Thursday of the month at 7:30pm till 8pm. join in and learn the meditation!
